Manufacturing capabilities organized by process.

Surface finishing
CNC finishing, deburring, blasting, grinding, vibratory finishing and polishing are integrated around material, appearance and function, with painting, anodizing or plating evaluated where required.

Silicon-carbide treatment
SiC components follow acid cleaning, ultrapure-water rinsing, controlled drying and clean handling, with CVD SiC coating used where purity, corrosion and oxidation resistance are required.

Assembly and module completion
Controlled cleaning, kitting, identification, orientation, datum control, inserts, torque and assembly sequence connect individual parts with printing, decoration and functional checks into complete modules.

Inspection and traceability
Dimensions, position, flatness, roughness, appearance and function are verified with suitable 2D, 3D, CCD or AOI, XRF, optical and environmental-test resources, while IQC, IPQC and OQC records connect materials, lots and delivery.
Clean packaging and delivery
After inspection, final cleaning, drying, protection, vacuum or clean packaging is selected by material and application, with appearance, outgoing-inspection and lot documents preserving the verified condition through delivery.
