Part assessment and design
We review geometry, loading, interfaces and volume, then plan support, topology, conformal channels and lightweight structures around the application.

Powders and material systems
Titanium, aluminium, nickel and stainless systems are selected by temperature, strength, weight and corrosion needs. Particle distribution, sphericity, flowability, oxygen and batch consistency are controlled together.

Equipment and smart production
SP-series platforms cover development through large-format production. Multi-laser forming, inert-gas control, closed powder handling and MES records connect the equipment into one production system.

Printing to final component
Build preparation, printing, depowdering, heat treatment, support removal, CNC finishing, surface treatment and dimensional validation are managed as one route.

Applications
Applications include shoe tooling, heat-transfer structures, fibre-optic connectors, wearable components and complex flow-path parts.
